 Which bit are you referring to? I would say the same for anyone that was being called a rapist, who has never actually admitted guilt or been found guilty in a court of law. It's one thing to refer to Kobe as an "accused rapist" (even though I don't think it's appropriate for this thread), but to say "he raped a teen" is extremely inflammatory and not true since the criminal charges were dropped. Because apparently we have to be nice to dead people and pretend they were flawless and great. By all means, mourn for their deaths, but suddenly treating everyone who dies as a shining beacon of humanity is a weird trend that really isn’t needed

No real benefit in Colombia is so close to the equator. The only reason you'd do it is to stay in the same time zone relative to the U.S. and presumably your neighbors if they also change clocks. Up further north, there's a large difference between the amount of daylight in winter vs. summer. In summer it would be getting light out before you wake up which kinds screws with sleep. So, we move the clocks forward. There are also some energy savings since businesses are open during daylight hours. I've tried and recommended some of those things. We used to play games online together too. But he's more of the type to need me to be physically there. It's ironic because I learned to be more independent and keep my distance because of him. I used to be the one who always wanted to see and hang out with him, while he was fine with just seeing me once or twice a week before I left to go work overseas. The vulnerable part, I've always been the more emotional and vulnerable one in my family and in social situations, and I've been shut down a lot to by family and friends so it's hard to open up to people and just be their ears.
