I’m sorry to tell you that it’s going to take a toll on your body, my friend. Have you ever tried to cut back? Can you go for a month or week without drinking? If you’re drinking that much daily, quitting cold turkey would likely kill you, friend. You would need to cut down or be hospitalized. I quit cold turkey for about 2-3 months after having pancreas issues a couple years ago, was averaging about 12 a night, never touched liquor though. All my problems went away almost instantly and I was able to eat comfortably without getting nauseous which has led to me gaining a ton of weight. Been back to drinking again even harder than before and haven't had any issues since those 2-3 months but I can feel it weighing me down again for sure.
